Yang Style Structure Relaxation Neigong

Here is a method that Fu Zhongwen’s grandson James Fu taught at a seminar after the 13 Warm-ups. A type of Song/Sung relaxation neigong while in the Wuji standing posture. Go inside and use intent (Yi) to relax parts of the body. This set is best repeated 3 times.

3 lines are relaxed with intention. Front, Side, and Back lines along with a visualization. Not much different from the relaxation medical qigong used for patients with Hypertension, Liver disease, and Coronary heart disease.
